• Deposits will be $25 or 25%  for $200 or more service, and also Non-Refundable and Non-Negotiable

• DUE TO COVID-19 FACE MASK ARE REQUIRED AT EVERY APPOINTMENT

• Address will be given in Confirmation after deposit has been paid.

• ALL Appts must be schedule via website. I Will Not Schedule via phone.

• Please be sure to know what style you want.

• I will only provide the service per the appt detail. Fees will apply, if styles are changed or altered.

• Styles that requires 5 hrs or more will be scheduled at 1pm at the latest.

• Shampoo is included with services, however, if you decide to shampoo your own hair Do Not put any oils in your hair. Must bring to your appt if you preferred.

• If styles preferred is Not On price list, please send detailed description  along with pictures via email (honestlybeautifulclub@gmail.com) for hair quote

• Group Appts, Please Call for consultations and further instruction on booking

• Allow up to 72 Hours for responses to any questions or concerns

• No Call -No Show is  UNACCEPTABLE, you will be Charged additional deposit fee to reschedule that Will Not be deducted from service balance. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

• CANCELLATIONS Up To 24hrs in advance to avoid paying any additional fees.

• 20 MINS GRACE PERIOD. Appt will be cancel with NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Braiding hair purchase must be paid in full to reserve adequate amount of hair needed for service 
• Deposit for service is required at time of booking.
• If you more hair is needed at the time of service,  the remaining balance will increase.

• Sign up for H.B.I.C  Virtual Membership Cards for discounts and Reward points
• H.B.I.C Virtual Membership Cards are for Customers and Stylist
• H.B.I.C Virtual Membership Cards require a renewal each year.
